Step classes are a great way to lose weight whilst sculpting your body.

A choreographed cardiovascular class, Step Aerobics allows you to target key muscle groups in your body as you step up and down from an elevated platform.
As the speed of the movements and the height of the elevation can be altered, this class is open to all ages and levels of ability.
We run two Step classes at Hearts. Step Aerobics is a great place to start, whilst Step Interval Aerobics is perfect for those looking for a more challenging workout. All Step classes last 40 minutes.
