A low-impact class for people of all ages and abilities, Power Walk improves your cardiovascular fitness without putting a strain on your joints.
In this class, you’ll speedwalk in circuits around the studio at your own pace – taking it as fast or as slow as you want. You can push yourself to complete a circuit in the quickest time possible. Alternatively, you can relax, take it easy, and enjoy the upbeat nostalgic music whilst still enhancing your cardiovascular strength.
Though open to all ages, Power Walk is a particularly good social class for our more mature members.
